Ride Along

Bruno says, no, absolutely not, I'm not too big for the front seat of the Tahoe! Someone had to tag along on car line pickup for the twins so that he didn't growl out, terrify or try to eat the HVAC repairman who is currently working at the house!

Back to Busy Mondays

School first, then occupational therapy, then speech therapy, then pick Connor up from middle school, then race back across town for Connor's across game, grab some Raising Cane's chicken to eat on the way (for Connor) or in the back hatch (for the twins, who are messy and riding in Mommy's still relatively new car) ...

Aquarium Trip

While we were away in Hawaii for a few weeks, Grammy and Pappy and Aunt Kelly took the boys to Northern Kentucky to visit the Newport Aquarium ...

Last Day

Farewell, Poipu Beach ...



For our last day, we had to check out of the hotel early but had a really late flight, so we opted to book a sunset dinner cruise (back to Captain Andy's again, which we highly recommend).

In the winter, despite warm weather, I also highly recommend you wear jeans and a warm jacket. You  might feel silly while checking in at the marina, but you will appear very, very smart as soon as you leave the port ...



I'm already freezing, but it's a stunning view along the southern coast and the eastern coast of Kauai ...

We loved both of our Captain Andy's tours. The raft offered the stunning views of the Na'Pali Coast that I recommend everyone see, either by boat or helicopter if you're not up for hiking the Kalalau Trail ... but this tour offered stunning views of the south and east coastlines, a smooth ride and a fabulous dinner with another great crew ...
