Sunday was a divide and conquer kind of day. Grammy and Pappy and Aunt Kelly took Connor and Sawyer to the circus. Daddy and I took Xander to the "Touch-A-Truck" event in town. Xander was one happy kid. He wasn't excited about all of the horns blowing (not sure why we didn't think about this and pack his noise-canceling headphones, but we didn't). That took a little getting used to, but he quickly adjusted (hands over ears in places) and explored away.
Nothing like a bunch of trucks to make Xander happy. He was disappointed not to see his "FedEx Trucks-es" but seemed happy with everything else. His favorites were the ambulances (not one like Daddy's, but a few others were there), the big semi-trucks and the garbage trucks, of course.
