Some things were too messy to move indoors. So the kids tossed water balloons (mostly) under the awning by the entry doors. Sawyer has decided at this point he's had enough, so he takes his balloon and waves "see you later" as he takes out in the rain (not really, but it sure looks that way, doesn't it). Actually he was just dancing in the rain (note the tip toes), which is one of the many things we love about this kid.
Indoor bubbles put a big smile on his face. There was more dancing as he chased the bubbles and popped them.
A big grin as he gets a hug from one of his favorite classmates during free play time.
The indoor sack race. He opted to sit this one out and just watch his classmates have fun.
So unbelievable he has to pinch his own cheeks! He LOVES computer time, and today's special activities gave him a little more time than usual to play. The class is equipped with a touch-screen, so the games are interactive without the use of a mouse, which is still too complicated for him. He had a big time playing with Thomas the Tank while the sack race was going on.
Big boy. He's come a long way for a little boy who doesn't like to have anything on his head. Now, he just walks over, puts on the headphones by himself, and starts playing. He just wishes he could do it ALL the time!
A fun day, even the the weather didn't cooperate all that well.
